This Bundaberg home was built ten years ago
on a steel frame. The owners opted for a larger floorplan and
compromised on the external finish - inexpensive steel Colorbond
fascia. They recently decided to upgrade the external finish - to
brick, using of course The ABC System. |

The work is still
underway. Paul is now mortaring the job at his own pace with a little
part-time help from local builder Bruce Paradine. If you are in the Bundaberg area and would like to inspect this newly

| Owner Paul Flanagan has done
most of the work himself - with some help from wife Carmen. The rail and brickwork has been installed over the steel fascias at
each end of the house. When the mortaring is complete, we will install a new fascia over the top of the brickwork. |
